Deposit
If you book a tour 35 days in advance of the scheduled departure date, a deposit
of 10% of the total tour cost is required. *Please note that this deposit will count
toward the full payment. If you book a tour within 35 days before the scheduled
departure date, payment in full is required.
Final Payment
If you book a tour 35 days in advance of the scheduled departure date, a deposit
of 10% of the total tour cost is required and full payment should be made 25 days
in advance of the scheduled departure date. *Please note that if the final payment
is not received 25 days before the scheduled departure date, reservations will be
cancelled and deposits will be forfeited.
If you book a tour within 35 days before the scheduled departure date payment in
full is required.
Methods of Payment:
1. PayPal:
Log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com and send payment directly to travel.chn@gmail.com.
2. Money bookers:
Log into your Money bookers account at: http://www.moneybookers.com/app/?l=EN& and
send payment directly to cuckoosong@gmail.com.

Reservations and Payments
1. Our quotation is based on the fixed exchange between US dollars and CN Yuan.
The rate is USD1.00 equates to CN Yuan 6.83.
2. The reservation deposit (10% of total price) should be paid by check, cable transfer
or PayPal upon your confirmation. The transfer charge is on your own. The reservation
deposit charge per person is included in your tour total quotation. We will deduct
the reservation deposit charge from the total quotation when you send the next payment.
A reservation for your tour will not be considered firm until the deposit is received.
By sending the deposit, you agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions.
3. The final payment should be paid 30 days prior to the tour by check or 60 days
prior to the tour by PayPal. The transfer charge is on your own. 4. Payment by PayPal:
3.2% transfer fees charged by PayPal should be added.
Changes and Cancellations
1. For any changes made 50 days prior to the confirmed
tour, the client may enjoy our free change options.
2. The reservation deposit is
non-refundable if the client makes cancellation of the tour but it may be applied
for your next trip within 18 months. The reservation deposit will not be calculated
into the charge of the cancellation percentage.
3. The cancellation penalty will
be a certain percentage of the tour price. 50 days to 30 days before the arrival
day, the penalty is 10%; 29 days to 15 days is 15%; 14 days to 10 days is 20%; 9
days to 2 days is 25%; cancellation within 2 days prior to the arrival day is 30%.
4. After the tour begins, any extra charges caused by clients' changes will be added,
as air cancellation fee, hotel cancellation penalty, etc. Any unused portion is
neither refundable nor exchangeable.
5. If the client cancels the trip, the client
must notify us by mail. We calculate your refund on the day when we receive the
written cancellation by Beijing time. All refunds to the client will be processed
within 20 days of receipt of your cancellation. The service charge of the refund
is USD40.00 per time.
